Katye has more than 15 years of experience in working with and facilitating groups in a wide range of creative settings and contexts. Sometimes she works alone but often with a co-facilitator from the group. She uses methods and tools that promote transparent dialogue both inside and outside of the studio, providing an honest groundwork for transformation and change.
The kind of listening that is encouraged and taught affords groups, artistic teams, companies and projects the time and support to think critically, in an embodied way and toward deeper and more productive understanding and relationships.
