Katye initiated Summer Dancing festivals in Coventry in 2007. In 2010 the annual festivals grew into a year round artist led project called Decoda. Katye was the artistic director of Decoda from its inception until the organization ceased activity in 2016. An archive of all the supported artists, projects and festivals can be found here.
