Katye undertakes the role of creative mentor or dramaturg by engaging with the choreographic process through her ongoing practice and experience as a performer, writer and curator. She also draws on a decade of supervision and tutoring.
She brings a sensorial, embodied, pragmatic and attentive perspective to performance making.
In the studio, Katye works alongside all those involved to deepen their understanding of all the creative possibilities, choices and opportunities at any given point in a making process.
The artists she has worked with in this way include Jonathan Burrows and Matteo Fargion, Matthias Sperling, Florence Peake, Laura Van Hulle and Johnny Autin.
Please get in touch with Katye for more information or to discuss including her in a creative process.
